If you would like to make an appointment or just simply get more information about therapy,  this is the right place.

Here you can send me an email and I will get back to you within 24 hours whenever possible. Please note that on weekends your inquiry will be answered on the next business day.

What you can expect as you begin therapy:

Therapy is confidential and private. What happens in therapy….stays in therapy.

Therapy is typically conducted face to face in a private office setting.  Occasionally there may be situations where a session is conducted via phone/skype/facetime.  This will decided upon ahead of time and used only as a supplemental means of therapy – I believe the therapeutic  relationship is at its best when we meet in person.

Therapy is a relationship – so finding a therapist that is a good fit for you is important. We will have a brief phone consultation where you can ask questions and fill me in on what brings you to therapy. We will schedule a first appointment and gather some initial information – this will help you determine if I am a good fit for you.  If not, then I will do my best to help you find someone who is the best fit for your therapeutic needs.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise communicated.

Each therapy session is typically 50 minutes long.  Please be on time as your scheduled appointment is your time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it will be rescheduled.I believe that the time spent in session is sacred, so I am not willing to short change the time – and my hope is you will not either.
